Privacy Policy

Last updated: April 29, 2026

This Privacy Policy describes how Scheddule (“we”, “us”) collects, uses, and shares personal information when you use our websites, applications, and related services (collectively, the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to this Policy.

1. Who we are

Scheddule provides software for appointment scheduling, client management, and related business operations for studios, salons, and similar businesses. The data controller for personal information processed through the Service is identified in your agreement or subscription checkout and on our website.

This Policy does not govern third-party sites or services linked from the Service; their policies apply instead.

2. Information we collect

Account and profile data: name, email, phone, password hash (we do not store your plaintext password), preferences such as language and timezone, and optional profile or branding details you provide.

Business and booking data: appointments, services, staff and availability, client records, inventory, and messages you enter into the Service.

Technical data: IP address, device and browser type, approximate location derived from IP, cookies or similar technologies, and diagnostic logs needed to operate and secure the Service.

Communications: support requests and feedback you send us.

Payment data: billing details are processed by our payment processor (for example, Stripe). We receive limited payment metadata (such as subscription status) rather than full card numbers.

3. How we use information

We use personal information to provide, maintain, and improve the Service; authenticate users; process subscriptions and payments; send transactional messages (such as confirmations and security notices); provide customer support; detect abuse, fraud, and security incidents; comply with law; and fulfill other purposes described when information is collected or with your consent where required.

We may use aggregated or de-identified data that does not identify you for analytics and product improvement.

4. Sharing and subprocessors

We share personal information with service providers who assist us (for example, hosting, database, authentication, email and SMS delivery, error monitoring, and payment processing). They may process data only as instructed and subject to appropriate safeguards.

We may disclose information if required by law, legal process, or government requests; to enforce our terms or protect rights, safety, and security; or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, subject to confidentiality obligations.

When you invite team members or use client-facing booking pages, information you choose to expose is visible to those recipients as designed by the product.

5. Security and retention

We implement technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal information, including encryption in transit and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

We retain information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Retention periods may vary by data category and jurisdiction.

6. Your rights and choices

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export personal information; object to or restrict certain processing; withdraw consent where processing is consent-based; or lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

You can update many profile fields in the product. To exercise other rights, contact us using the details on our website. We may need to verify your request.

Marketing communications: where permitted, you may opt out of marketing emails using the unsubscribe link. Transactional and security messages may still be sent.

International transfers: if we transfer personal information across borders, we use appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses where required.

Children: the Service is not directed to children under 16 (or the age required in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Contact: for privacy questions or requests, use the contact information published on our website or in-product support. We may update this Policy; the “Last updated” date will change when we do.
